• Registration for participation in half marathon and marathon will take place in the Registration Centre which will be open from 13 to 18 April 2008 at Nikole Pašića Square (next to the statue).
   
• The Registration Centre will be open every day from 10:00 to 20:00 except on Friday (18^th April 2008) when it will close at 16:00.
   
• Registration will not be possible after 16:00 on Friday.
   
• On Saturday 19 April 2008, only those who have already registered and do not live in Belgrade will be able to collect their participant’s packs from the Registration Centre only by 09:00 and only if they pay the registration fee before.
• Registration and payment on the day of marathon
  (19 April 2008) is not possible!

- Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and comply with them -

1. Race number and participant’s pack can be picked up as follows:
- Participants residing in Belgrade will be able to pick up their race number and participant’s pack at the Registration Centre (location and working hours of the Registration Centre will be announced on our web site – www.bgdmarathon.org)
- Participants not residing in Belgrade will be able to pick up their race number and participant’s pack at the Registration Centre (location and working hours of the Registration Centre will be announced on our web site – www.bgdmarathon.org) on Friday 18 April 2008, and on the day of the race, Saturday 19 April 2008, by 09:00.

Race numbers and participant’s packs are given solely upon production of the official Registration Form sent to you via e-mail.
 

2. Your E-Registration will be considered invalid if:
- You failed to enter all the data necessary for participation;
- You registered for both races (both half marathon and marathon);
- You do not comply with the age requirements as listed in the Competition Rules;
- Your E-Registration Form was received after midnight 17 April 2008.

In the above-listed cases the Organiser will not be under the obligation to refund the participation fee for the 21^st Belgrade Banca Intesa Marathon.
 

11. A participant may withdraw from the race and is not under obligation to notify the Organiser.

12. In case of withdrawal, the Organiser is not under the obligation to refund the participant.
